Parade Entry Application and Insurance Form
The application deadline is March 7, 2026. All parade entries must complete a parade application form and insurance waiver form.
Information, including the waiver, safety rules and parade unit location will be emailed to the unit contact once the application deadline has passed. We expect to send 2026 emails by Monday, March 9. Location assignments will not be available until this email is sent.
All application forms must be submitted online.
The insurance waiver form must be signed by everyone in the parade. Children under the age of 18 must be signed for by an adult. It will be sent to all confirmed parade entries following the application deadline along with safety rules, parade unit location, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Waiver and rules were updated March 9. 2024.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Application for the Lexington St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival is ONLY through this website and the City of Lexington’s website. There are no other authorized agents or applications — please do not respond to individuals posting on social media claiming to represent this organization.

If you would like to join us this year, please fill out the following application prior to
January 30, 2026.
Please note: First preference is given to vendors with unique items, relating to the Irish culture or St. Patrick’s Day. This show has a limited number of spots available. Duplication is kept to a minimum. Following the selection process, applicants will be notified if accepted, a paper agreement will then have to be completed by the vendor contact. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified by February 6 if you are accepted as a craft vendor to the 2026 St. Patrick’s Festival.
